  • Lubricate transmission control linkage
  • Inspect CV joint boots

  • Complete tire rotation
  • Evaluate brake condition
  • Inspect cabin air filter (not applicable to all vehicles)
  • Fuel injection maintenance

30,000 to 50,000 Miles

  • Change engine oil and filter

  • Inspect exhaust system

Oil changes and air filters are important parts of engine maintenance.  A thorough inspection of all engine, transmission, cooling, brakes and suspension components should also be performed on a regular basis. The car owner's manual usually provides an auto maintenance schedule based on engine mileage.
